2017 Governor's Summer Reading Challenge Kicks off on St. Thomas at Lockhart Elementary

For the ninth consecutive year the US Virgin Islands’ Department of Education and the Office of the Governor presented the Governor’s Summer Reading Challenge, where students in grades K to 6 are challenged to read five or more books during the summer months.
